Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end procurement processes for consumables (filters, chemicals, packaging materials, maintenance supplies, etc.)
· Source and evaluate both local and international suppliers
· Conduct price comparisons, negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations
· Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock levels
· Coordinate and execute import operations (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs procedures)
· Develop alternative suppliers to ensure supply continuity
· Work closely with production and maintenance teams for demand planning
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
· Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a strong focus on consumables Purchasing
· Fluent in English (mandatory)- able to communicate effectively with foreign managers and suppliers
· Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and foreign trade operations
· Familiar with Free Zone regulations (preferred)
· Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors
· Hands-on experience in consumables portfolio management
· Practical knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) and international logistics
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP,Logo,etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills
· Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
· Based in or willing to relocate to Adana
