We are looking for a Gas & Air Applications Lead in activated carbon applications across gas and air treatment, industrial purification, and process gas systems to provide technical leadership, drive solution design and performance optimization, and support the development of new application areas.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Application Management

  • Act as the subject matter expert for activated carbon solutions used in gas and air treatment applications.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate activated carbon products and treatment solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on adsorption performance, product selection, system optimization, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to improve system performance, carbon utilization, and operating efficiency.
  • Spport hte sales team for sucessful project management
  • Support product testing, pilot trials, and performance evaluations.


Product & Solution Development

  • Use and develop simulation programs for particular applications
  • Work closely with suppliers, production teams, laboratories, and technical partners to develop and enhance gas-phase activated carbon products.
  • Identify opportunities for new product development and market-specific solutions.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, product specifications, performance reports, and application guidelines.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives aimed at improving product performance and sustainability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in activated carbon, gas treatment, air purification, environmental technologies, industrial filtration, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of adsorption processes and gas-phase activated carbon applications.
  • Experience with one or more of the following applications:
  • Air purification and odor control
  • VOC removal systems
  • Industrial emissions treatment
  • Biogas upgrading and purification
  • Landfill gas treatment
  • Natural gas purification
  • Solvent recovery systems
  • Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) removal
  • Industrial process gas treatment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
