We are looking for a Contracts Manager to be assigned to a large-scale industrial investment projects, responsible for end-to-end management of cost control, schedule control and contract administration activities with the vendors and contractors for the owner. 



Key Responsibities

  • Review and administration of supply and service contracts for investment activities
  • Ensuring contractual compliance with project objectives, budget, and schedule
  • Management of progress payments, variations, change orders, and additional works
  • Monitoring and updating project schedules (baseline, revisions, delay analyses)
  • Conducting contractual correspondence and negotiations with contractors and suppliers
  • Early identification, assessment, and reporting of risks related to delays, additional costs, and disputes
  • Close coordination with project management, engineering, and finance teams
  • Preparation and presentation of regular contract, cost, and progress reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in total and 5 years of experience in contract management for large-scale investment projects
  • Solid knowledge of cost control and project planning processes
  • Experience in progress payments, claims, and change management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools such as MS Project
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Background working with international contractors and suppliers
  • Must be willing and able to travel regularly for out-of-city business purposes.
