Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will take an active role in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment processes to be assigned at Karbontürk, our Activated Carbon Company operating in the Yumurtalık Free Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment processes
• Preferably experienced in recruitment within a manufacturing / production environment
• Strong knowledge of white collar and blue-collar–focused recruitment processes
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Ability to adapt to a high-volume recruitment pace
• Proficient in using career portals(such as Linkedlin), on-site recruitment methods, HR Softwares and referral channels
• Strong communication and representation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana

Job Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and white-collar positions within the production facility
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements
• Conducting candidate screening, pre-interviews, and interview processes
• Managing on-site recruitment activities, referrals, and sourcing channels
• Following up on onboarding documentation and coordinating with relevant departments
• Preparing recruitment reports
• Actively participating in university collaborations, career fairs, and other talent acquisition projects
