We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Managing Director by effectively managing agenda, communications, and daily priorities, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and providing Turkish–English support when required to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the CEO and Managing Director’s calendars and meetings, and daily schedule with a high level of accuracy and prioritization

• Act as a business support by managing, filtering, and prioritizing incoming emails and communications; ensure timely and appropriate follow-ups

• Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and ensure all pre-meeting requirements are completed in advance

• Attend meetings when required and provide Turkish–English interpretation and translation support

• Act as a liaison between the CEO, Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Support the CEO, Managing Director in both administrative and business-related matters, contributing to operational efficiency

• Anticipate needs, proactively identify priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Support the CEO's and Managing Director’s professional representation in meetings, visits, and external engagements

• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism


Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

• MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools

• Available for domestic and international travel without restriction

• Strong communication and representation skills

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Analytical and strategic thinking

• Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills

• Detail-oriented and results-driven

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

• Fast learner with strong adaptability
