Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage mechanical works and piping installation activities on site
• Ensure fabrication and installation processes are in accordance with project drawings
• Ensure progress is in line with the project schedule and provide progress reports to senior management regularly.
• Preparing mechanical drawings by using CAD tools
• Following up the mechanical drawings lifecycle from design to commissioning
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors
• Follow non-conformance reports and take necessary preventive actions.
• Identify technical risks and abnormalities.
• Able to lead and manage investment projects by planning and scheduling to achieve timeline objectives.
• Site Supervision : Lead the site supervision team and contractors to ensure all works are executed in compliance with contract documents
• Contract Administration : Review and approve contractor submittals , method statements and shop drawings.
• Plan and track material and equipment requirements
• Ensure implementation of health and safety regulations on site
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of site and execution experience
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D Cad Software (Autodesk and Autocad)
• Strong understanding of PFD and P&ID.
• Strong understanding of piping layouts, isometrics and schematics.
• To have familiar with international standards (DIN EN , ASME)
• To have experience and implementing HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken
• Ability to work flexible hours
• MS Office , Autocad , Navisworks
