We are looking for an IT Manager to be assigned to a large-scale industrial investment Project and Operation, responsible for establishing and managing IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across our international organization, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operations in line with business needs, company policies, and international standards.




Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company’s global IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, and security systems)

• Lead IT strategy development aligned with business objectives and global operations

• Design and implement scalable IT systems to support international growth

• Manage ERP systems and drive automation in production processes (e.g., manufacturing systems, process optimization, integration projects)

• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization across production and operational workflows

• Oversee system integrations between ERP, CRM, and other business applications

• Ensure data security, backup systems, access control, and risk management processes are in place

• Act as the main coordination point between global teams and local operations

• Manage relationships with external vendors, software providers, and technology partners

• Ensure implementation and compliance with IT policies, procedures, and international standards

• Lead global IT projects including system rollouts, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and service quality

• Build and manage IT budgets and technology investments

• Lead and develop the IT team, including performance management and KPI tracking


Qualifications

• Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and enterprise applications

• Proven experience in automation and digitalization within manufacturing environments

• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and system architecture

• Experience managing global IT operations and working with international teams

• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and process optimization

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Fluent written and spoken English.
