We are looking for a Turkey Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities in Türkiye, drive sustainable revenue growth, and build long-term strategic customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the local market, an established customer network, and the ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the sales strategy for activated carbon products across Türkiye, covering water treatment, air purification, and food & beverage sectors

• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and expansion opportunities in line with company targets

• Develop and manage key customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including strategic accounts and distribution partnerships

• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract structuring and closure

• Monitor market dynamics, customer expectations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, technical, and finance) to ensure aligned and effective business execution

• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and commercial platforms across Türkiye

• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, or similar)

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial B2B environments

• Proven experience in managing the Turkish market and customer portfolio

• Existing network within relevant industries is a strong advantage

• Experience in activated carbon, water treatment, air purification, or related sectors is a plus

• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization

• Willingness to travel within Türkiye as required

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
